Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed the same day if placed before the order cutoff time of 14:00 (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. Your item will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 14:00. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
If there is going to be a significant delay shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

All watches are covered by The Watch Pantry 2-Year Warranty.
The Watch Pantry provides a warranty for every product purchased from us, valid for a period of 2 years from the delivery date.
During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, The Watch Pantry cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is no longer available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends on the same date as your original warranty.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags and protective seals attached. Please report faulty or damaged items as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Where provided by the brand or supplier, watches will include original manufacturer packaging and documentation (such as boxes, booklets or cards). If any item does not include these, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
