Shipping Methods and Costs

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

  • Free Shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For)
    • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days
    • Cost: Free on all UK orders
    • Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary due to external factors.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day – as stated by Royal Mail)
    • Estimated delivery time: Royal Mail aims to deliver this service by the next working day.
    • Cost: £10
    • Delivery times are based on Royal Mail’s service standards and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as delays within the postal network or adverse weather.

The available shipping methods and any associated fees will be shown during checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding public holidays.
  • We aim to dispatch orders placed before 14:00 GMT the same working day, whenever possible.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If we anticipate any delay with processing your order, we will contact you by email or telephone. 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • Orders can only be shipped within the United Kingdom.

Shipment confirmation & Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided or by visiting the Royal Mail website and entering the tracking number.

Shipping Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Royal Mail network delays
  • Local delivery issues

If we receive any updates from Royal Mail regarding delays, we will notify you promptly.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order appears to be lost, delayed beyond reasonable expectations, or arrives damaged:

  2. We will assist in investigating the issue with Royal Mail
  3. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund
