Thank you for shopping at The Watch Pantry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please read below for more information on our return policy.
This returns policy applies to all purchases made on The Watch Pantry website.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging, with any tags or protective seals still attached.
- The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please report faulty or damaged items as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Return process
To start a return, please contact us at contact@thewatchpantry.com or WhatsApp us at +447598440309 quoting your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Once we receive your return request, we will send you a confirmation email with the return address and further instructions on how to return your item within 1-2 business days.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost for unwanted items. If the item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover the return postage cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection typically takes 1–2 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that show signs of wear
- Items that have been used
- Items missing original packaging, seals, or tags
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that your new item can be dispatched to you without delay.
