Certificates & Documentation
All watches will include original manufacturer packaging and documentation.
With your purchase, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity. This document certifies that your watch is 100% genuine and meets the high standards of quality and craftsmanship synonymous with its brand.

What to Do If You Have Concerns
If you have any concerns about the authenticity of your watch:

- We will review your enquiry and may request photos, documentation, or (where needed) that the watch is returned to us for inspection.
- If, after investigation, the watch is found not to be as described or not genuine, we will put things right in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Warranty Information - which may include a full refund or replacement.
