All watches sold by The Watch Pantry are genuine products. We do not sell counterfeit or replica watches.

The Watch Pantry is an independent retailer and is not an authorised dealer or official agent of the brands we sell, unless explicitly stated otherwise on an individual product page.

Our watches are sourced through established suppliers and distribution channels. We retain relevant purchasing and supplier documentation for the products we sell.

Original packaging and documentation

Every watch is supplied with its original manufacturer packaging and documentation.

The exact contents of the manufacturer's documentation can vary between brands and models. This may include items such as instruction manuals, warranty cards, product booklets or other documentation supplied by the manufacturer.

Where a manufacturer's warranty is included with a particular watch, this will be stated clearly on the product page.

Our warranty

Products purchased from The Watch Pantry are also covered by our stated 2-Year The Watch Pantry Warranty, subject to the terms of our warranty policy.

Our own warranty is separate from any manufacturer's warranty and should not be interpreted as evidence that The Watch Pantry is an authorised dealer of the brand.
