We offer the following shipping methods to customers within the United Kingdom:

The available shipping methods and corresponding fees will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.
Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed the same day if placed before the order cutoff time of 14:00 (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. Your item will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 14:00. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If there is going to be a significant delay shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.
Order Cutoff Time:
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on business days (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
All watches are covered by The Watch Pantry 2-Year Warranty.
The Watch Pantry provides a warranty for every product purchased from us, valid for a period of 2 years from the delivery date.
During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, The Watch Pantry cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is no longer available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends on the same date as your original warranty.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Watch Pantry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please read below for more information on our return policy.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging, with any tags or protective seals still attached.
- The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Return process

Once we receive your return request, we will send you a confirmation email with the return address and further instructions on how to return your item within 1-2 business days.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost for unwanted items. If the item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover the return postage cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or damaged items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that your new item can be dispatched to you without delay.
